舉(ju)辦(ban)中國國際進口(kou)博覽會是中國堅定支(zhi)持貿易(yi)自由化(hua)和經濟(ji)全球化(hua)、主動向世(shi)(shi)界(jie)(jie)開放(fang)(fang)市場的重大舉(ju)措，有利于促進世(shi)(shi)界(jie)(jie)各國加強(qiang)經貿交流合作，促進全球貿易(yi)和世(shi)(shi)界(jie)(jie)經濟(ji)增長(chang)，推動開放(fang)(fang)型世(shi)(shi)界(jie)(jie)經濟(ji)發展。

To hold CIIE is a significant move for the Chinese government to push forward a new round of high-level opening-up, and an important measure to actively open the Chinese market to the world. Chinese economy now has shifted to the stage of high-quality development from the stage of rapid growth, and the demand for high quality and featured commodities and services is becoming increasingly strong. Hosting CIIE is to create an open platform for international cooperation where all countries may present their national image and conduct cooperation in international trade through opening up and sharing Chinese market.
